Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped using method of your choice. When checking out, you will be presented with a list of the available shipping methods, and can choose the best option based on the amount you want to pay and the date you want your order to arrive. We estimate the delivery date based on product availability and the shipping option you choose. While we make our best effort to provide accurate dates, they are only estimates and we cannot guarantee arrival.

In the event we cannot ship an item in your order, we will notify you via email and hold the entire order until everything can be shipped at once. If you would prefer for us to ship a partial order, please enter a comment stating so when placing the order, or email or call us to arrange further details. If your order is sent in more than one shipment, additional shipping charges will apply, and we will tell you what they are before sending the shipment.

Returns

You may return any product within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost. If you have recieved a damaged or defective product, please contact us.

Note that we cannot accept returns on consumables such as test strips, bulbs, or reagents if they have been opened or used.
